It's being sold as is for parts or to fix it. I don't think that there's very much wrong with it, it was plugged in and working, then just stopped all of a sudden. I've seen this exact one go for $800 to $1200 on reverb and ebay both. I'm open newest to fair offers. But I've priced it for a quick sale. ***EDIT*** I believe it's just the power button that has failed.
