Unmarked, I newest have no idea who made this. Looks like maybe a handcrafted specialty piece. 53" tall made of plastic materials and metal wire. Comes apart in the middle for storage (shown in the last picture). Plug in powered with inline on/off switch. Super Cute item, I would say indoor use only. Examine all pictures and thanks for looking! Looks like it is vintage.
