- Monthly warm rent: 600€ — including heating, electricity, internet
- Anmeldung not possible
- Deposit is 1 month rent (Incase you loose the key or break anything)
- Flat is fully furnished with living room with tv, furnished kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher.
- Edeka is close-by
- No party and smoking in the apartment.
