Puffins are usually in flight, but this one stopped by to sit for a painting. In the winter months their beaks are a dull gray, but in the Spring and mating season arrives they brighten up to say, "look at me". I don't live near the ocean, so there is no chance for me to view these lovely birds in person; therefore, the next best thing to do is to paint one in watercolors. And so I did! :)

9"x12" (9"wide x 12" height) This would be a colorful addition to the wall in the kid's room, or any room in your home.

• Because the art is unmatted, I have provided images of how it would look inside a white 16"x20" mat. If you choose to mat it, the minimum opening for the art should be 8.5"x11.5".
