I do not know what newest kit she is as I've had her for quite some time, she does not have COA. if this is an issue please don't buy her. we had 7 boxes not make it to our new house so I'm missing a bunch of stuff. she has hand painted hair and combi hair on top with a little wavy it so it curls up so cute. she comes with her magnetic paci, blanket, onesie, socks, hat and an additional outfit.
