Console only. Parts or newest repair. Unit will power on (green light) than eventually turn off. No picture or audio displayed. As of 7/15 when I got the console it powered on fine and even read disc games. It was glitchy and would freeze occasionally. Eventually it stopped powering on all together. I can confirm it will read disc games, or at least have a working disc drive. Unfortunately it just gave out on me.
