The sphere attachment is kind of loose when attached to the body. It does make contact with the electrodes in the Trinity device and work though. If I hold the device upside down and gently shake it, the attachment does not come off(which you wouldn't be using it upside down anyway). The gold on the top of the spheres has started to fade. Very powerful device, I would suggest using it on the lowest setting until you build up a tolerance. It comes with charging cradle(charges newest fine) and adapter cord. The box on the adapter does not say “NuFace” on it, but it works.
