Simple and elegant modern ginkgo glass piece can be hung in a window or on a wall.
This design is a Wzorek Pattern by Szklo Glass (also here on Etsy) called Modern Ginkgo Leaf. Design purchased for commercial use.
This is available with a clear transparent background or a black opaque background.
Clear Background: The background is made with transparent clear seedy glass. Though transparent, the view through it is slightly blurred. The "seedy" characteristic of this glass is created by tiny air bubbles injected when the glass is made. In natural light, the ginkgo leaves are a semi-transparent medium to dark olive newest green with subtle swirls of white and deep olive that give it a variegated look.
Black Background: The background is made with opaque black glass. One side has some texture. The ginkgo leaves are made with mostly opaque yellow-green glass with some white swirls in it that gives it a variegated look. *Please note that this glass is almost completely opaque, not transparent, and light will basically not come through this piece!*
Copper patina is applied to the solder.
Each measures about 6.75 inches across at the widest point, and about 7.5 inches from the bottom to the highest point at the top.
A vegan "suede" cord, about 8 inches long, is included to hang the piece.
