NO Plastic. The quality is fantastic and It works great. Easy to mount using two screws. It also has a little pocket to store your nozzles and those troublesome red spray tubes that are always getting lost.
Dimensions are 27.5" tall, 14.25" wide, 5" deep. Holds 20 standard 2-5/8" spray cans. Can newest holes are 2.73" diameter to fit standard size spray paint cans.

Comes un-finished and unassembled so you can varnish it, paint it, or use it as-is like I do. The only tool required for super easy assembly is a rubber mallet or something similar.
