The shipping delivery window estimate is generally accurate, but only overnight shipping is a guaranteed service. Any carrier delays are not our responsibility. However, we will do everything we can to get your item there on time!

Disclaimer:
Although acrylic is beautiful material and the perfect touch for your event, please know it is not the same as regular plastic. It can easily newest chip and scratch if not handled properly. It is YOUR responsibility to handle your signs with extreme care. If you accidentally scratch it, there are some great cleaners you can use to polish out the scratch. Please reach out to me! :)

If any signs come in damaged, scratched, chipped, etc., you will have 48 hours to inform me. After that time, I hold no responsibility. So please let me know as soon as possible!! :)
