Antique Chalkware Doll with Wavy Human Hair newest marked Germany Movable Arms

This is an adorable antique doll, Kewpie like looking doll. She stands 7 inches tall. It is made of chalkware with movable arms. The arms are in good condition newest and move easily. She has red lips and large dark eyes with very long eye lashes. I do believe her hair is human hair and is long and wavy. She has painted socks and shoes. She does have a purple skirt with lace which is pinned to her back with a wire that goes into her body. She is in pretty good condition. She is either missing part of her hair in the back or it looks like that because the paint has come off that area. The mark on her back does say Germany but it is hard to decifer without a magnifying glass. I think she could be cleaned up but I am unsure how to do it so I will leave that up to her new owner.
