Overview Atlona 8×5 HDMI Matrix Switch over CAT5/6 newest with 3D Support. (5 x HDMI Receivers are inlcuded) Model: AT-PROHD85M-SRThe Atlona AT-PROHD85M-SR is a true 8×5 HDMI matrix switch. The PROHD85M matrix features eight HDMI inputs and five CAT5/6/7 twisted pair outputs. The matrix design allows independant input and output switching for all channels. Twisted Pair outputs are used to connect to the 5x included receiver modules. The AT-PROHD85M-SR has the ability of equalization, amplification and re-clocking the signal to ensure an HDMI signal transmission through long cables without signal quality loss. The transmission distance for twisted pair (CAT5/6) outputs can reach up to 165ft @ 1080P and 250ft if CAT7 is used. Distance can be extended an additional 165ft with the optional Atlona repeater AT-PROHD-RP. It is recommended to use CAT6 (568B terminated) wire to achieve longer distances.
