1990s black and white plaid rayon dress / 90s does newest 40s dress

Vintage early 90s button up dress with nods to the 1940s. Black and white plaid with textured black buttons up the front. Fitted waist. Semi full skirt. Label is Studio Ease. Marked a size 10 but please see measurements.
