A fabulous 1920's feather powder duster.
The German half doll is highly stylized. Made of porcelain and elegantly posed. Rather unusually, she has been painted using outlines only in both green and orange. Her blouse is decorated with moon shapes.
She wears a mint and cream skirt with metallic gold thread.
The wooden rod is bound with cream and yellow ribbon and is finished to the end with a matching bow and metallic gold paper.
The feathers are beautiful tones of pale and lime green.
Hangs with a matching ribbon, perfect for displaying.

Total length- 38cm (not including ribbon hook)
The half doll alone- 5.6cm.

Condition:
Very good antique condition, nicely showing its age in areas.
The rod ribbon binding is a little darkened with age and her skirt is shot.
