I am a clothing reseller in Atlanta and have been doing so since 2016.
In my second year I noticed my returns were increasing and yet my listing skills (although slow) had improved. In late 2017 I ran across an article stating 48% of online purchases were made w/mobile devices!
This number continues to rise, Amazon reported 72% of 2019 4th quarter purchases were made using mobile devices.
When the purchaser uses a mobile device the platform apps are more visually driven then the newest websites and less typed information is visible. Creating what I have dubbed “Visual Purchasers”

To date I have sold 1,400+ items w/0 returns and only 2 emails requesting measurements.
The benefits of this tool are beyond measure!
Once the Quick Descript product has been photographed and uploaded there are no more measurement data entries, saving valuable time.
When consumers view listings that use the QD sheets they see a more professional and transparent listing, adding confidence to their purchase.
Not only has my method of presenting measurements to the consumer evolved, my measuring process has as well. I never touch a measuring device and you don't have to either! Included in this pkg you will find multiple paper yardsticks!
The key to using them is on a 27” X 36” foam board! Tape (clear box tape) one 36” yardstick horizontally 7”s from the bottom edge (the 7”s help support the clothing when measuring), next
tape a vertical yardstick on the left 27” edge (great for measuring sleeves).


Now place the foam board on a table top near your photo station.Once the garment photos are taken, lay the clothing on the foamboard and measure!
Write the measurements on the Quick Descript sheet, assign an inventory number, photograph the sheet, erase and repeat!
