In near perfect newest condition, comes with charger. If you observe closely you can see a cap is missing on one of the shaft hinges, and on the other side the cap is dented. The folding mechanism is stiff enough to hold the screen at an angle, but it doesn't snap into the preset position like originally designed. If thats an issue for you then you will be relieved to know that replacement shaft hinges and cap covers are inexpensive.
