1938 California License Plate - yellow with black numbers, vintage car newest collectible licence plate

Vintage 1938 California original license plate, made newest of steel, plate is 6.25" x 14" and is in Used condition. All original, non-restored single plate only, not a pair. Is rust a color? most of the yellow background color has surface rust, plus some caked in mud, it has bends, scratches rust and wear. Check the photos carefully to see the condition.I am open to offers.
