****STUDIO UPDATE: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our "stay at home" order from the state of NC, and the delays we are experiencing in getting our supplies from our US distributors, all new orders are going to be DELAYED and ship in approximately 8 weeks but unclear at this time. If you would like to place an order there are two options: Wait until the dust settles and place your order at that time, or place your order now to get your order in our production queue as we also have a backlog of current orders to complete.

**Tie and photo patches, photo banners, quick ship cotton labels, grommet covers, printable fabric sheets and hang tag/card items are currently NOT affected at the moment. We cannot relocate our large loom and printing equipment from our manufacturing studio to our home due to size & weight.

We are unable to provide refunds for orders in progress and appreciate your understanding since we order supplies, make molds or plates, and pay our graphic designer for the setup and graphic design work for your order before production. Please understand this when you order during this time-frame. This is newest our livelihood and how we provide for our family, too. We are so grateful for your support of our small business during these trying times.

Ten color maximum including Background (Black and White are considered colors) - Metallic silver, gold, copper and rose gold thread available (NOT CPSIA COMPLIANT)
Merrowed Edge (Overcast finished edge)
Iron on Backing can be applied with household iron or heat press

YOU MUST SUPPLY COMPLETED ARTWORK

We match colors using Pantone Solid Coated Colors - we do not guarantee an exact match, but get as close as possible. If you are unsure of your colors, we will try to match as best we can for you - please keep in mind that monitor settings can effect colors. Convo us if you need an online chart

AFTER YOU ORDER: Please submit your layout to us in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format along with the Patch measurement and Pantone solid coated color numbers to:
