Vintage oil painting of charming newest village in fabulous rustic wood frame - Signed Stanley B. Fairer - and dated 1975

This painting measures approx. 16 inches wide x 12 inches tall. Of this, the frame measures a little less than 1 and one-quarter inch.

There is a very tiny pinhole in it. It's extremely tiny so I've included a close-up with the ruler.

I believe the medium is oils newest but I'm not a pro at identifying types of paint.

It is signed Stanley B. Fairer and dated 1974.
