Women's fabulous black velvet cosplay jacket with multiple metal accents, starting at the collar, made from triple layers of pleated organza that extend down newest the jacket fronts. The base of the neck is encircled with a leather band with silver studs and silver o-rings. A vintage style silver 'latch' is the jacket closure.
