Extended Commercial License for Commercial Use of newest Designs

EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR UNLIMITIED USE

Purchasing this license allows you the UNLIMITED USE of a SINGLE design available in my shop. A single license is required newest per design. An additional license must be purchased for any other design that you intend to use for commercial/no credit required purposes.

A project would be defined as the completed result of one of my designs incorporated into your final product.

Each extended commercial license gives you unlimited use for 1 design. Each license gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make use of the design file purchased with the agreement of the terms of use

In the "not to buyer" section at checkout, please specify:
1. The design for which you are purchasing the license for.
2. Your business name.


HOW IT WORKS:

No documents will be sent to you aside from a receipt of purchase that confirms your rights of commercial usage. Please keep this as well as transaction receipts from Etsy or Paypal for your records as proof of purchase.

You must additionally purchase the design you intend to use in conjunction with the license, upon check out. No design is included with this listing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

YOU MAY:

* Use my designs on products you wish to sell with no credit required.

* Products can be digital or physical and can include printed fabric and paper products such as greeting cards, stationery, business cards, invitations, phone cases, design for websites, blogs, etc.


YOU MAY NOT:

* Claim the design as your own.

* Resell or redistribute this design in their original or modified version as a digital template/graphic resource (such as clip arts, digital papers, graphic elements).

* Sell my designs on Spoonflower, Casetify, etc.


TRADEMARKS AND LOGOS:

A trademark/logo has to be a unique symbol. For that reason, my artwork is not to be used as part of a trademark, design mark, trade name, business name, service mark, or logo.
