Used but in overall great condition for its age. Does have scratches on the front and back plates, screen protector looks like it's been there for a long time and I don't see any deep scratches on the screen beneath the protector. System is not banned, I was able to go on Nintendo eShop. Hackable if you decide to go this route, I will not accept return so please hack at your own risk.
