READ BELOW PLEASE. I am a wholesaler and these filters are new. One is still sealed and the other doesn't have the silver protective packaging. I'm not familiar with these but from the research I've done… I see they come packaged in water. The one that is sealed has water in it. I can hear and feel it through the packaging.
