Vintage Seal Silver Made newest in Mexico

Vintage, very old C Clasp Silver Seal from Mexico. This brooch is stamped on the back Silver, Made in Mexico. It is a very nice brooch for it's age. I am guessing older than 40's based on the C Clasp design and length of pin.

I have no real knowledge only newest guessing to it's age.
