Minor wear/surface scratches on back and corners. iPad has been in a case or tripod entire time. Both cases are in good condition. The keyboard is missing a rubber piece and has a small crack, both defects seen in photos. Also includes a factory charger. The charger is in fair condition, but newest does work.
