Brand new, yet also vintage. Never been worn. Only in it's original packaging for the past several years until now for pictures. It's rare because it's a Dead hat which you never see plus they don't make them anymore since it was from an early 90s tour. As a collector I leave concert memorabilia in original packaging unless I've decided to keep and wear it. Otherwise every article of clothing I sell is brand new. This hat is extraordinary cool.
