ORDERING PROCESS:

- After purchase, please be on the lookout for a message sent through Etsy requesting your picture of choice for your portrait.
- Once the photo is received you will be sent a proof that must be approved before your portrait will be started. Proofs are a digital file to give you an idea of color placement and brightness. Changes in color hue and intensity can be edited at this time. If after viewing proof you choose not to approve the creation of the portrait, a refund can be issued. After the proof has been approved there are no refunds!



PORTRAIT DETAILS:

- Portrait will be 6x8 inches.
- Front and back of portrait are varnished to add rich color and protection from damage.
-The back side of the portrait back is painted solid black, so you can frame your portrait or prop-it up as the center of a stand-alone display.



TIPS!
- Use a picture with good, bright lighting! Dark and indoor pictures make it difficult to get vibrant colors.
- Leashes can be painted out of the portrait but not harnesses or collars! If newest you would like the leash removed from your painting please state so, otherwise it will be included.
- Don't expect a certain layout of colors. Let the surprise be a part of the purchase!


SHIPPING

- All portraits are shipped covered in a clear sleeve to protect from damage.
- Portraits are mailed in a padded envelope for small orders or a small box for orders of larger quantity.
- It takes approximately 3 weeks after proof approval before your order is shipped, please plan appropriately.
