This is a truly dynamic piece of fine millinery. Made by Studio B this hat is sturdily constructed of royal blue fabric over a straw form The interior is lined in a pleated blue satin. The exterior is a royal blue fabric that is embellished around the brim with a satin floral motif with little rhinestone accents. newest At the center front is a satin cabbage rose with swoops of feather ..
