HandMade to Order -- Victorian/Vintage/Cottage Chic Long Flannel Nightgown - 3/4 Length newest Sleeves

I have updated the available flannels and will be adding more prints in the next few days. I use either new flannel or vintage flannel. Anyone that loves shabby chic, Victorian or Edwardian style clothing – even Mid-Century (1940's – 1950's) would LOVE these. These romantic floor-length nightgowns newest are HANDMADE TO ORDER with your choice of color theme for fabric. Basically any solid color in flannel. Any print shown or we can find one.

These are wonderful gifts. Call them granny gowns with a very feminine feel. The bottom line is they are comfortable, warm, great to snuggle in, soft, flattering, and best of all floor length.

The gown shown is a sample of a gown that I have sold. I cannot purchase the flannel in this gown. I have the flannel that I have available and you would choose the letter that you want. If you don't see something you like, we can always find something else, just contact me. Solids in blue, green, yellow, white, and ivory or just about any color are always available. I will be updating this regularly. NOTE: some of the available flannels will not accommodate larger sizes. Please check with me before ordering.

These are my own designs, no two are alike and are based on your height, size, and color group wanted. 100% Cotton flannel (new) is used, it is rare to find good vintage flannel that is still intact. I shop for the softest flannel I can find. Your size AND your height will be needed to complete the gown. Turnaround is about four-six weeks or less from payment. As these are made to order, nothing is started until payment is received. These are the flannel gowns. The cotton gowns are listed in another listing. medium - 36-38
large - 38-40
xlarge - 42-44

For reference -- 5'8", 140 pounds, 36D bust would be a medium, with a length of around 57".


When paying for your item, please specify your height -- the length will be based on this. Please ask any questions - these are handmade to order. They are spacious and would run slightly big - loose fitting. However, I seldom pre-wash flannel and it is prone to shrinkage -- please take that into consideration when ordering. Example; a medium would be about a 34-36 bust. If you have to have them shorter, I can do that, ask.

DISCLAIMER: I don't pull any punches, so just to set the record straight -- there are four German Shepherds in this home, 2 cats, and a husband who does smoke in his man cave. All my material is kept in sealed plastic bags in storage boxes in my sewing room and all care is taken to ensure no smells or hairs are on items before going out. I do not as a rule launder newly purchased commercial material before use and allow for shrinkage. Most vintage material that I obtain I do launder even if they have been previously laundered, just because I would for myself, therefore I do for my customers.
