WWII Sawdust & Plaster Monopoly Pieces, Antiques/War Memorabilia/Americana/Rare During WWII any metal rations that could be used for toys and games were allocated to the war effort. Game pieces that would have been pewter or steel were made with pressed sawdust and plaster. Due to their delicate materials, not very many survived long after the 40's. These are in excellent condition, the only broken piece is the handle of newest the iron. Set includes: Pig, bathtub, iron, car, horse & rider, clog, train, cannon.
