Handpainted Pre-Wound 10/2 Cotton Warp, CMY rainbow, 6 yards - newest 200 ends, warp for handweaving, hot tropical colors, cyan magenta yellow
Beautiful 10/2 100% ring-spun cotton handpainted warp in bright, saturated tones of turquoise, yellow, magenta, blue, purple, and green. Ring-spun cotton is very soft and suitable for weaving many types of items.
This warp is 6 yards long with 200 ends.
Handpainted in my studio with permanent, colorfast Procion dyes.
This 10/2 cotton yarn is 4200 yards per pound. Suggested sett is 24 - 28 epi for tabby (balanced newest weave), but to show off the handpainted colors, try using a somewhat tighter sett of 28 - 30 epi using a lighter weft. Sampling is recommended.
This Henry's Attic Warp Twist base is very nice to work with, and these colors are really fun to weave.
Handdyed weft yarns to match or contrast are available. Let me know your preferences and desired quantity. I work with my own semi-repeatable dye recipes, and can get very close to previous dye jobs.
Care: handwash, cool water, no bleach, tumble dry, low temperature, iron with a lightweight pressing cloth on top. Fringe should be twisted for best results.
