Verified in the Juliana book Ref# 1693 Beautiful sparkle! The outer ring features topaz layering up to a row of green stones . The final tier features a ring of AB rhinestones, inner ring of clear rhinestones. The center stone glows newest bright under blacklight. Very nice condition with the exception of a small chip on one of the smaller ring stones. The center stone appears to be uranium glass and has a few small imperfections to the edges (as pictured). The back is perfectly shiny and the pin and clasp are both in great condition. Measures 2 1/2”. Show stopper! Prong set.
