Vintage Set 6 Novelty Silver Plated Owl Place Card Holders from Ercuis, Paris, 20th Century.

Ercuis has been providing fine silver items to yachts, embassies, and luxury hotels around the world since 1867. Ercuis, Paris France presents this familiar blue box silver plate metal menu or party place card holders.

These novelty menu holders feature an adorable owl, sitting on the corner of the place card.

They come with the original blue leather-bound case with cream colored felt interior. The interior has a small rectangular compartment at the top for keeping the place cards tidily and securely.

The box is stamped ERCUIS Paris 1867 and Marque Place Chouette (owl), and each owl measuring approximately 1.25" (3.2cm.) high; @ 5/8" at its widest.
