Long newest Sicilian scarf in nuno felt with indian figs

This felt nuno stola with ply pears is a wool and silk shawl made in Sicily, suitable to be worn for Sicilian-themed events.

Dimensions (excluding parts of wool coming out of the scarf): about 173 x 45 cm (about 68x17 inches);
Materials: pure chiffon silk 3.5 (very light) edged by hand, Maori carded wool and merinos.

This original accessory gives a "spiny" hug ... but soft!
It is a refined article, in which the lightness of the muslin of pure silk 3.5 is combined with the heaviest but no less refined maori cardata wool and merinos.

This elegant shawl is made using the water felting technique, a long and tiring process, but satisfying! From the union of the light silk and wool, a new precious and unique fabric is born, a soft and delicate treasure to wear.

The scarf is created to order, for this reason it will not be perfectly identical to the one seen in the newest photo ... craft creations are also special for this! ;)

Hand washing in cold water and the use of a detergent for delicate garments is recommended. Avoid soaking the garment. Don't squeal. After eliminating excess water by wrapping the scarf in a soft towel, iron at low temperature (silk) by interposing a cloth.
