Product code: Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise Cancelling Over the Ear Headphones in newest Black
I just got this in May, but unfortunately after a month the earpiece broke. Both ear pieces play music and work perfectly, it just newest isn't something I want to fix. I have tape on it to hold it on, but Sony has a company you can call to get it fixed.
