Hi my name is Krasimir. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. My fitness journey started long time ago when my basketball coach introduced me to weight training for the first time. I have been researching and practicing different techniques and using variety of exercises in my workout routines ever since. Sports and Physical activities in general mean the world to me, it's my biggest passion and inspiration and something I can't live without. That's why I would like to share that passion and enthusiasm with other people and help them reach their personal goals while working together as a team. I would love to see them go way beyond their mental barriers and physical limits and have the results they have always dreamed of, because their success is mine as well. I am a strong believer that a personal trainer should't be someone who just counts your reps and gives you random exercices every session newest.
