This Art Cuff is meant as a tribute; a newest Memorial, if you will, of a special animal.
I rescued this sweet face from a vintage fingertip towel. It was hand stitched long ago(I'm thinking the 1950's), with much love I presume. I have turned it into a lovely, fabric bracelet. This is a special gift for you or someone who loves now, or who ever loved, a similar face. It may be a French Bulldog, Boxer, Boston Terrier, or Other; you decide.

The embroidery is a cotton/linen blend, mounted on a very thin, very lightweight, oval piece of reclaimed, round metal. I surrounded his/her profile with tiny, vintage, plastic beads. The way I tacked them down, they are able to move just a tiny bit, with you. Behind the cameo is a faux ribbon of wool. This is mounted on a soft, white, cotton cuff with pink and red roses. For added durability, it is backed in a soft, pale blue wool. All materials are reclaimed.
It measures 9" in total length, minus the elastic strap. It's 8" snapped, and because of the strap and the Rosy Pink button, it stretches to 11.5".
