Vintage 50's White Cotton Hoops! My Dear 6 Hoop Petti newest Coat

Call all Southern Belles! This original 1950's Hoop peticoat is from Hoops! My Dear. Made of bright newest white crisp cotton. 6 rows of hoops edged with small white lace. The waist band had two buttons for an adjustable fit. There are no stains. Only one small seam separation found that could easily be mended. Aside from that this is in excellent condition. Twists up flat for shipping. Please see the measurements below for a proper fit. All sales are final
