newest This handsome Bolero Jacket was tailored from a man's silk and wool suit jacket. Made in Italy. It is lined and has two inside pockets and features a beautiful vintage rhinestone broach with no missing stones. Size 12 to 14.

In the mid 90s I would purchase men's jackets at second hand stores. I hired my friend Clare, who is a professional seamstress, to custom tailor theses men's jackets to a bolero formed women's fit. I would then stylize the jacket with vintage buttons and beads and other materials. I made several of these jackets and would give them as gifts to my friends.
