Antique Victorian cotton under skirt has a gathered waist and hip seam, and a single button closure at the back waistband.

Condition

Structurally good with overall yellowing and stains throughout- especially at hem, near waist, and on the waist band. There's a dark stain around newest the buttonhole, small holes/repairs at the bottom of the placket, and tiny holes at the back hip. Small sections of the topstitching has come up.
