RETURN & EXCHANGE:
If the product is defected/was damaged while being delivered/you received something that you didn't order, please contact us and provide us with a photographic or video evidence and we will sort the issue out by sending you another item or make a refund. The product has to be in its original condition - unused and unwashed. We won't be able to make a refund if the product is not in its original condition. We will make a refund only after the product is returned to us. Shipping cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer.
