Vintage Fortune Telling Cup newest and Saucer

newest This is a lovely cup and saucer with a DIVINATION to share!

Produced by Alfred Meakin in the 1940's, this is a ROYAL MARIGOLD pattern. The cup is emblazoned "The Cup of Knowledge" in Old English Script, and is richly decorated with the various suits in a deck of cards! The rim and edges of the cup and saucer are trimmed in 18kt gold.

For the collector of several different cups, or to own just one fabulous example, this is a great CUP OF MAGIC waiting to tell YOU what GOOD FORTUNES lie ahead! A MUST HAVE for your Curiosity Cabinet or year round HALLOWE'EN display!

Cup and saucer are in very good vintage condition, slight rubbing to 18kt gold trim in some areas. No chips, no cracks. Someone took very good care of this piece through the years! Size of a traditional cup and saucer.
