This is a gorgeous set of two* 5-pice place settings by Mikasa in its Palatial Platinum pattern. The Palatial Platinum pattern was introduced in 1999 and has since been discontinued. It has a cream color glaze, platinum band and verge, and an encrusted platinum rim. The set consists of;
(2) Dinner Plates - 10 3/4” in diameter
(2) newest Rimmed Soup/Salad Bowls - 8 1/2” in diameter
(2) Salad Plates - 8 1/4” in diameter
(2) Saucers - 6 3/4” in diameter
(2) Cups - 2 3/4” tall
All of the pieces are in mint condition! The glazings are shiny and bright. The platinum details are clear and crisp with no wear or scratches. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or utensils marks. The set looks virtually unused!
This set is a real beauty! Two 5-piece place settings….10-pieces in all. This set is perfect for any Art Deco or formal decor.
