Superb vintage lingerie Peignoir newest Set Night gown and robe ,nightdress, nylon, shoestring spaghetti straps, lace sleepwear

Fabulous 1950's /1960's Pink Nylon gown and peignoir set. “Continental Styled “ and Made in New Zealand by Irish Lingerie.

The gown is sleeveless with shoe string straps and circular bands of ruffled nylon around the bust. The waistline is curved . It is double layered with the outer layer in sheer nylon. The hem has two layers of ruffled trim of the lace.

The peignoir has raglan short sleeves with a round neckline and is a single layer of sheer nylon . The tie is as long as the robe and ends in Pom poms newest .

It really is gorgeous with no faults. Initially I believed that the only fault was a nylon ribbon missing on the left strap. However, I have been fortunate to own two of this set, and both have no ribbon on the left front strap . So I believe it may be a design feature to offset the embroidered flowers which trail down the left side. If it bothers you, there are 2 bows at the back which could be replaced at the front.
