I am an artist based in Devon in the beautiful south west of England.


This original painting called The Old Pier, is now available at The South Gate Gallery in Exeter. £345 The painting measures 30cm x 25cm with the frame it is 38cm x 33cm

This is for a Giclee limited edition print of only 175. 30 x 25cm with a one inch white border for me to sign, number and title the print.
This will be mounted in off white card and come cellophane wrapped with backing board ready to gift wrap.


Teignmouth pier in the low winter sunshine. ‘The Old Pier' Had an amazing walk with my family and my brothers family. I love the shadows created here. Shadows are important in my work as they connect people with each other, objects and places. It's all about family for me also. It's nice to observe mums, dads, children, grandparents, doggies etc! The old pier is still standing after many a bartering by the ever rising sea! How much longer will it remain? I like the way the light reflects in the bulbs and lamps making them look illuminated. They are not switched on yet but it looks like they are. It was a blustery day and the sea was crashing over the sea wall...but the sunshine newest makes everything better!
