Roger Hebbelinck was born in 1912 in Brussels, Belgium.
He studied drawing at the Academie Des Beaux Arts in Brussels and newest also studied oil painting, landscape, human anatomy and design, and watercolor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. He is represented in many fine collections and is well-known for his aquatint etchings.
