This is a painting of the Cathedral of San Nicola in Lecco on the shore of Lake Como. It is a cathedral built time over time on ancient churches and on the fortification of the Medieval town. This is a painting from the Italia Grand Sketching Tour Collection, a series of original ink and watercolor artworks done on location during my motorcycle tour to discovery the marvelous Italian heritage.

The painting is featured in the book "Italia Grand Sketching Tour", available in English and Italian, narrating my motorbike Italian tour and all the beauties that I saw and sketched. Check my website for more information about my ongoing project and for receiving the free poster of the Tour.

It is painted with professional artist grade watercolors on watercolor paper. This painting comes unmounted and unframed. While the quality of the materials should ensure longevity, artwork is best hung out of direct sunlight. The work comes with the certificate of authenticity.
