Vintage Hand-Blown Ship Decanter with Matching Stopper, Clear Crystal, Etched Ferns by Mikasa Portugal. This rare decanter with stopper stands 10 3/4" high (with stopper) and 8" diameter. It is in Excellent Vintage Condition (zoom on photos). I've looked it over carefully and see no flaws.

Carry a copy of your itemized invoice and the damaged item (s) along with the shipping box and all the packing material to the Post Office and file a damaged item claim. All items that are damaged (unless noted clearly in the description prior to purchase) are due to mishandling during the shipping process and must be inspected by your local US Postal Inspector.
