newest Rare find, circa 1915 World War 1 Era “Pneumonia Blouse”. Sheer Cotton voile with lovely embroidery & lace trim, rolled cuffs, hem stitched seams, rear waist ties. Tag at front reads “The Normandie, hand made 40”. You can tell this blouse was never laundered the fabric is ultra-crisp. No noteworthy stains, a few tiny specks just from almost a century of storage. Measures chest-38”, waist-36”, shoulder seam to seam-14”, sleeve-22”, length rear nape seam to hem-17 1/4”, length shoulder to hem in front-21”.
