Subletting my beautiful south facing, super bright flat in Boxhagener Kietz, Friedrichshain from JAN 5th to FEB 15th.
The flat is fully furnished and equipped, has a balcony, a bath, and is on a very quiet side street.
The cost for the whole period is 1500€ all included + 500€ returnable deposit for any damages. This is an official sublet, my Hausverwaltung is aware and will need a copy of your passport and contact details.
NO ANMELDUNG, as it's only a temporary sublet while I'm away for work.
